An anti-cyclone is stationary to the north-east while a depression is crossing southern New Zealand. The forecast is for moderate north-westerly to westerly winds becoming strong at times. Weather cloudy and mild and humid with scattered rain developing later. Seas moderate to rather rough outside the bay.
