AUSTRALIAN LABOUR PARTY RESOLUTION LE \SE OF LIFE TO MENZIES’ GOVERNMENT [U.P.A.— By Electric Telegraph-Copyright J tßeceived 10th December, 12 noon) SYDNEY, This Day. A conference of presidents and secretaries of branches of the Official Labour Party unanimously condemned the Federal Parliamentary Labour Party’s decision to compromise with the Federal Government on the Budget. The decision is regarded as a vote of censure on Mr Curtin. The action of caucus has given the Menzies' Government another lease of life and will enable it to continue its vh'ious attacks on the standard of living of the people of this country,’- read a resolution carried by delegates. AGAINST A NATIONAL GOVERNMENT (Received 10th December, 12 noon) CANBERRA. This Day. Mr Curtin definitely pronounced himsei* against a National Government. He c aid that if a National Government were formed there would be less real national unity, although the parliamentary unity might appear greater
