BRITAIN’S AGREEMENT WITH TURKEY [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] ISTANBUL, Bth December. It is reported that Anglo-Turkish and Empire-Turkish trade expansion can be expected to result from the financial agreement. Turkey is seeking Empire coton, jute, steel, and wool.
