HELD IN FINE BUT CLOUDY WEATHER RESULTS OF EARLY JUDGING 1 The sixth annual show of the Motueka A. and P. Association was held .at March wood Park to-day in cloudy and overcast conditions following heavy rain yesterday and in the early hours of this morning. The number of vehicles on the ground was more than usual with the prospect of a larger number this afternoon and a big attendance of the general public from the Golden Bay. Motueka and Waimea districts. The president, Mr Don Llewellin, and officials are to be congratulated on the completeness of the details including the penning of stock and the general layout of the ground. The show was officially opened this afternoon by the Minister of Labour and PostmasterGeneral. the Hon. P. C. Webb, who was formally welcomed on the ground by Mr and Mrs .Llewellin and members of the executive.
