DOCTORS CALLING ON SHELTERS

The “Daily Telegraph” reveals that more than 20 doctors every night are calling on shelters in London in which 500 people sleep, and some of the j largest shelters, including tubes, have j a doctor in attendance all night. The i Ministry of Health has reeommendc<i I the local authorities to appoint such doctors at £SOO annually.
