AN AXIS LEAGUE OF NATIONS
REPORTED GERMAN PLAN [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright] LONDON, 4th December. The editor of the Bucharest newspaper “Curentul,” writing from Rome, suggests that Germany is planning a new League of Nations with headquarters in Vienna. He adds that Axis diplomacy is preparing a huge coalition of all European nations, involving participation of their armies and the free use of their' territories for transportation. Hp warns Rumanians to take seriously the promise of military aid to the Axis.
