INSTRUCTION TO AMERICAN AIR LINES I [U.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright j WASHINGTON, 2nd December. The Defence Priorities Board, after consultation with the airlines, issued “temporary preference delivery instructions,” under which manufacturers of aircraft will release to the Army and Navy 7,500,000 dollars’ worth 1 of equipment which previously had 1 been ordered for airlines. The air- ■ lines will also release to the Army certain new engines which were recently delivered, enabling the completion of i additional* warplanes.
