PROPOSAL TO MOBILISE INDIAN PEOPLE fU.P.A.-By Electric Telegraph-Copyright j BOMBAY, 3rd December. The Socialist leader, Mahendra Nath Roy, who is planning to mobilise the Indian masses against Fascism, proposed an all-India conference, the preliminary discussions to he held at Calcutta on 30th December. In a statement he said: “Outside the Congress Party there are many patriots of distinction, integrity and ability who could faithfully represent the popular will and promote the national welfare.”
