At a meeting of the Show Committee of the Motueka A. and P. Association on Saturday evening, the president (Mr D I. Llewellin) made reference to the death of Mr James Atkins, Richmond, ’ a resolution of condolence with Mrs Atkins and family was carried in the customary manner. It was also decided to send a letter of sympathy to Mrs L. Canton (wife of an ex-president) who had met with a severe accident recently.
