James, for £l3 2s. Judgment debtor was ordered to pay the amount of the judgment at the rate of £1 per month, in default 14 days’ imprisonment. F. A. Orr v. J. R. Kirkpatrick, for £lO 17s 6d. Judgment debtor was ordered to pay the amount of the judgment at £1 per fortnight, in default ten days’ imprisonment.

Commissioner of Taxes v. George Hoby, for £2B 15s 9d. Jndgment debtor was ordered to pay the amount of the judgment at £1 per month, in default four weeks’ imprisonment.
