AT FULL SPEED
MOBILISATION IN GERMANY NO MANIFESTATION OF WAR HYSTERIA (Received 28th August, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON. 27th August. The Exchange Telegraph Agency's Berlin representative states tnai mobilisation is proceeding at full speed. It is obvious in all directions and practically in every form of national activity. Calm prevails everywhere. There is no manifestation of any kind of war hysteria. (Received 28th August. 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, 27th August. The British United Press Berlin correspondent says that the Propaganda Minister, Dr. Goebbels. denies that a general mobilisation was ordered or that foreign military attaches were ordered to leave. A message from Amsterdam states that Germany is stopping all railway traffic with the Netherlands to-morrow.
