THE WEATHER
CLOUDY AND UNSETTLED The weather is predicted to be cloudy and unsettled with occasional rain, and mild temperatures. Warmer weather was experienced in Nelson during the week-end. the temperature yesterday rising to 59 degrees. The nights, too, were milder, over 40 degrees in each case. On Saturday 8 hours 35 minutes’ sunshine was recorded. and yesterday there was 5 hour* 5 minutes’ sunshine. Showers on Sunday afternoon and evening amounted to 10 points in Nelson, but there was none recorded at Redwood's Valley,
