I ( When motor cycling on Saturday . afternoon along the Great North road a young man collided with a sedan , motor car and received head injuries < which subsequently proved fatal. He ; Peter Bradford Grant, a single man. aged 23 years, residing at Mt. Eden and 1 employed as a plumber's labourer. The motor car was driven by Mr Ernest Edward Neumegan and it also : contained his wife and son. It was be, ing turned round when it was struck by the motor cycle coming up from the 1 rear. The force of the impact was such that both doors were forced in. TRAM AND CAR COLLIDE WELLINGTON, This Day. When a motor car collided with a tram at the corner of Cambridge Terrace and Ellice street last night, Mr D. Morgan, a passenger in the car, received concussion and shock. He was taken to hospital by the Free Ambu- : lance. | The car. which was badly damaged. | was travelling from Cambridge Terrace j into PM lice street and the tram was travelling toward the city. Little damage was done to the tram.
