MISSION CELEBRATION’S
The Richmond Methodist circuit has been favoured by the visit of Sister Atawhai Wilcox and the Rev H J Odell, assistant superintendent of Home Missions. The case for Maori missions , was ably presented by the sister at I Stoke and at Richmond The Rev. MrJ Odell outlined the nature and purpose J of the fund and stressed the need for favourable consideration by the mem- j bers of the respective churches. The I wet weather interfered with the attendances but the message were receiveed with the greatest interest. The appeal ' | when completed will not be behind the { | good record of previous years The two j members of the deputation were heart- 1 I fly thanked for their visit. j.
