TERRORISM IN PALESTINE
CONDEMNED BY JEWISH LEADERS LANDMINES EXP. >DE UNDER TRAIN I U.P.A.— By Electric Telegraph-Copyright’ (Received 30th June, 9.20 a.m.) JERUSALEM, 29th June. A Greek ship carrying 742 illegal Jewish immigrants was seized off Haifa. Two landmines were exploded under a train in Haifa, derailing two coaches. Two hundred Jewish leaders issued a manifesto condemning terrorism. It is officially stated that Jews in fast moving cars were responsible for the Tel Aviv attacks in which eleven Arabs were killed and five wounded.
