Robert Montgomery, a pensioner, was fined £lO for selling beer without a license He was given till 31st August to pay. in two instalments. Frank Leonard Soal was fined £l7 10s for the illegal sale of liquor at Waterton. He was allowed a month to pay. Defendant was agent for an hotel and entered the sales as if they were a order from the previous day.
