OFFICIAL GERMAN VIEW "WAVE OF BRITISH ORATORY” (Received 30th June, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, 29th June. Reuter’s Berlin correspondent says that official quarters declare that Lord Halifax’- speech contains nothing new. a political spokesman said: “We are experiencing a wave of British oratory. It \ ould be better if Britain would not keep repealing that she is not aggressive and does not want to encircle us. That only makes us suspicious.”
