THE YANKEE CLIPPER
NORTH ATLANTIC SERVICE (U.P.A.—B.v Electric Telegraph—Copy right] (Received 30th June, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 29th June. The American flying-boat, Yankee Clipper, arrived in Southampton to-day from Botwood, inaugurating the passenger and mail service across the North Atlantic. The flight took 38 hours 42 minutes.
