TEN KILLED AND TWENTY INJURED •UPA-Fy Elect ric Telegraph -On pi nirht CALCUTTA, 28th June. Ten persons were killed an 21 Injured when tlie Delhi express to Dehra Dun left the rails near Moradabad owing to the subsidence of a culvert. The engine and three coaches were wrecked.
