Woodward. 1 M.Com., A.R.A.N.Z., A.1.A.N.Z., of the Department of Industries and Commerce, and the other to Mr H. L. Hume. B.E.* ' 8.5. c., Assoc.M.lnst.C.E., Assoc.M.N.Z.’ | 1.E., of the Public Works Department.
