It is understood that the Italian ; action in Albania and Italy’s reply has made a deep impression on Arab states, which are likely to reach a decision on ralestine at the earliest possible moment. Mr Malcolm MacDonald. Colonial Secretary, is expected to make a state- \ ment on the subject shortly in the House of Commons.
