NEW RECORDS AT AUCKLAND lUufted Press Association! AUCKLAND, 16th April. Three records were broken and seven equalled at the annual Auckland intersecondary school sports meeting at Eden Park yesterday. The senior and intermediate championships were won by Auckland Grammar School, and for the first time since the inauguration of the carnival, King’s College was 'successful in the junior championship. There was an attendance of about 4000.
The new records are:—l2o yards, senior hurdlues, R. E. Moore, 15 2-ssec. 880 yards intermediate relay, Auckland Grammar, lmin 45sec. Junior high jump, R. H. Whitefield, sft. 2in.
