A new service has come to light in Holb'Wood. For 25 dollars you can get a man to stand-in for you at the hospital when your wife is having a blessed event. Claude Rains, Warner Bros, star in the forthcoming Cosmopolitan Picture. “Gold Is Where You Find It,” found out about it. To the studio came a letter from the Hollywood Nerve Saving service. “When your baby comes, think of us,” the letter read. “Why risk your health walking up and down the corridors of the hospital waiting for your bundle from heaven? For 25 dollars we will furnish one of our courteous men to stand-in for you.” ■Rains thinks it must be a gag.
