IU.P A.-Hy Electric Telegraph-Copyneht LONDON, 30th January. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Perpignar correspondent says that the Frencl closed the frontier after allowing 151 children to pass through. A number of women and childrer died at La Junquera after nightlong ex posure to bitter rain. The internationa tunnel at Cerbere, which is a thousa.K yards long, has been cleared in orde to permit the passage of trains con veying women, children and sick. Mos of the inmates are armed deserter; whom the Spanish Consul has urgec had better return to Spain.
