LARGE SCALE RELIEF

RUGBY, 30th January. Under the auspices of the French Red Cross large scale relief is to be carried out for Spanish refugees in an area roughly between Gerona and the French frontier. It is assumed that the work will be undertaken in co-opera-tion with the International Commission for the Assistance of Child Refugees which is already providing relief in that area.
