Heavy overnight rain continued all the forenoon, but the weather cleared in the late afternoon. The track was very heavy and the attendance only 6000. The totalisator handled £23,056, compared with £33.809 10s last year, a decrease of £10,753 10s. For the meeting investments were £03,735, against £82.334, a decrease of £18,599.
