BLUE SLIP ON SOUTH ISLAND MAIN TRUNK MINISTER TO INSPECT I United P.W* AHHocianoi.l CHRISTCHURCH, 30th January. “The job has been a brain-puzzler for the engineers ever since they struck it,” said the Hon. R.
