WEDDING OF WIDE INTEREST ROLLERSON—WILLS A very pretty wedding of considerable interest to friends in London, Nelson and the West Coast, was solemnized at Trinity Presbyterian Church, Nelson, on 27th December, 1938, the Rev. J. Hay officiating. The contracting parties were Kezia Isabella, eldest daughter of Mrs R. Wills and the late Mr R. Wills, of Stoke, and Victor Donald, eldest son of Mrs Rollerson and the late Mr Rollerson, of Reefton. The bride, who was escorted by her uncle, Mr H. J. L. Walsleben, of Stoke, looked charming in a gown of white satin and lace, cut on classical lines, and finished with tiny satin buttons on the sleeves and down the centre back from the neckline to the hem. Her tulle veil, lent by her cousin, Mrs K. H. Smith, Wellington, fell gracefully from a coronet of orange blossom over all, forming a double train. She carried a shower bouquet of regal lilies, roses, carnations and maidenhair fern. Her attendants were the Misses Olive and Iris Rollerson, sisters of the bridegroom, who were dressed alike in pale green frocks of duchess satin, with redingotes of lace. They wore picture hats of clover pink with floral trimmings to tone. Their shower bouquets were of carnations, sweet peas and maidenhair fern, and they

also wore necklaces of pearls, which were gifts of the bridegroom. Mr Frank Rollerson, brother of the bridegroom, and Mr James Quinn, both of Reefton, carried out the duties of best man and groomsman respectively. After the ceremony a reception was held at the Marine Tea Rooms where some 80 guests were received by Miss Wills, aunt of the bride, who wore a dark green ensemble with accessories to tone, and carried a posy of autumn-tint-el flowers, and Mrs Rollerson, mother of the bridegroom, who wore a navy ensemble and accessories. Her posy was of pink flowers. Later the happy couple left by ’plane for Wellington and Auckland, where their honeymoon was spent, the bride travelling in a navy and w'hite ensemble with matching accessories. Mr and Mrs Rollerson, who are making their home at Greymouth, were the recipients of many handsome gifts.
