GENERAL RAIN IN N.S.W.

Welcome and general rain began to full over New South Wales yesterday] and now extends to the coast, which in parts is being deluged. The dairying districts are particularly benefiting, and the parched pastoral and wheat country in the west, north and south of the State is reported to be getting the best rain for many months.
