Mr Chamberlain had a conversation on the subject of lefugees from Germany with Earl Wintorton to-day. Earl Winterton would be in a position to inform Mr Chamberlain of the proceedings at th* icccnt meeting of the vice-chairmans Refugee Committee in Paris.
