111. PA— K.v Electric Telegraph—Copyright! (Received 25th January, 12.40 p.m.) WINNIPEG, 24th January. Major-General E. Cashton, retiring Chief of the Canadian Army, declares that in the event of war there is no doubt that the Canadian coasts will be subject to attack, most likely by shipborne aircraft. He appeals to employers to do more to encourage enlistment and military training.
