His attention attracted by the erratic course of a motor cycle in Newtown, a constable gave chase with the result that Raymond Eric Fuller appeared in the Magistrate’s Court to-day and pleaded guilty to a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor cycle. He was convicted and sentenced to fourteen days’ imprisonment and his license was cancelled for twelve months.
