UNITED STATES ARRANGEMENT WITH FRANCE 'UP A -By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] NEW YORK, 19(h January. The Washington correspondent of the “New York Times” says that because of continued delay over the completion of arrangements for the reciprocal BritishAmerican transatlantic service, which has now been postponed at least till June, the Civil Aviation Authority has announced completion of an arrangement with trance permitting American planes to land for an experimental period of six months. Pan-American Airways will shortly inaugurate a service of four round-tripe weekly. Other American companies may participate in the arrangement in order to avoid aspects of a monopoly. Pan-Ameri-can Airways, however, has two Boeing fiving-boats ready arid a third will be ready shortly, all having a 7200-mile non. stop range with an 11,0001 b payload.
