The International Commission reported to the League of Nations that after investigation in the war zone and elsewhere it was satisfied that the Spanish republican army no longer contains international units, also that all foreign volunteers had been withdrawn from the front Senor Del Vayo said that the Spanish Govenrrnent had carried out the withdrawal fully and r.ow had 100 per cent.
