H Shaw-Thompson have returned to Motueka after a holiday spent in the North Island, visiting Palmerston North. Wanganui and Paraparaumu. ** * * Mr and Mrs K. Green and Mr W. A. Clark, of Port Chalmers, who have been on a motoring tour of the South Island, are spending a few days with Mr and Mrs S. Burrows, Stoke. ** * * Mr Arthur and Melvin Herrick, of Takaka, are on tour through the South Island, accompanied by Mr and Mrs C. L. Andrews and son, of Brightwater. ** * * Miss Zoe Matthews of Blenheim and Miss Marie Fyne of Wellington, are the guests of Mr and Mrs Kenneth Pyne, Annesbrook, Nelson. * * * Included in the guests at the Royal Hotel are: Miss E. Roper (Burnett’s Face), Mr and Mrs J. R. Wink and child (Westport), Mrs A. Sutherland and Mrs L. Barclay (Dunedin). ** # * Mr and Mrs W. Caldwell and child, Mr and Mrs G. W. McLennan, Mr R. Calder (Winton), Miss M. M. Bell (Ashburton) and Miss A. M. Bell (Waimate), and Miss B. Tingey.
