THE MINISTER’S COMMENT lUmtert I’rcw Aminojaflon> WELLINGTON, 21st December. “Twelve days have now passed without a fatal accident on the roads of the Dominion,” said the Hon. R. Semple to-day. “This is the second longest fatality-free period ever recorded in New Zealand, and is an achievement of which all road users might well be proud. The safety pennants in Auckland, Wellington, and Dunedin have not had to be taken down for over a fortnight.”
