CHILD FOUND DROWNED IN SUMP

Raymond Arthur Charles Richards, aged 21 months, whose parents, Mr j and Mrs Charles Richards, live at j Wakefield Avenue, Sumner, was found i drowned at his home about 1 p.m. to* • day. The discovery was made by his mother, who found the child lying with* its head in u sump outside the kitchen, j Dr R. F. Bakewell, Sumner, was ' called in, but nothing could be done to j save the child. An inquest will be held.
