THE CONSULAR BAG INCIDENT

The “Daily Mail’s" special correspondent says that following the Consular bag discovery a French woman and a Spanish youth, members of Mr Harold Goodman s staff, were arrested; also an English messenger and his wife attached to Mr Hodgson’s delegation at Burgos. The rjessenger was previously King Alfonso’s head racehorse trainer.
