SWIFT TRANSPORT OF CHERRIES

The plane which arrived at Rongotai this afternoon was specially chartered to transport 1000 pounds of cherries from Blenheim to Wellington, where they will be transferred to the Auckland afternoon express. Thus within less than 24 hours of being picked the Cherries will be on sale in Auckland.
