POSTAL RATES FOR INLAND PARCELS ANNOUNCEMENT BY MINISTER fDnifed Press Association! WELLINGTON. This Day. An increase in postal rates for inland parcels was announced by the Hon. F. Jones, Postmaster-General. It will be approximately one-sixth. He says he has satisfied himself that the charges are still low for the service given.
