A landowner, while out for a walk early one morning, met an Irishman, who was generally regarded as a notorious poacher. “Good mornin’, sorr," hailed the latter; “and phwat brings yer hanner out so early this mornin’?” “Well, Pat,” replied the landowner, “1 just came out to see if I could get an appetite for my breakfast. And now. what has brought you out so early, may I ask?” “Och!” said Pat. “Oi just came out to see if Oi could get a break fast for me appetite!”
