EFFECTING A SETTLEMENT FURTHER EFFORTS URGED I United Press Association I WELLINGTON, This Day. Further efforts are to he made in ai» endeavour to reach a satisfactory settlement of.mutters in the Dominion drivers’ award which have caused diseatisfaction among the workers. This was decided at a mass meeting of members of the Wellington Drivers’ Union, upward of 400 being present. A resolution was adopted that the New Zealand Drivers’ Federation should act in conjunction with the New Zealand Federation of Lubour in a further effort to reach a settlement oh issues on which the men claim they have u just grievance.
