COURT BLAMES MASTER CERTIFICATE SUSPENDED fU.l’ A.—By Electric Telegraph— Copyright) SYDNEY, 29th November. Arising out of the collision in Sydney Harbour between the Macumba and the Sydney Star an 24th September, the Commonwealth Marine Court to-day suspended for three months the certificate of the Macumba’s master.. Captain Harold Montagu Sanders. He had been previously adjudged guilty of careless navigation and responsibility for the collision.
