CLOUDY WITH SCATTERED RAINS The forecast is for cloudy and warm weather with mist or fog in places and scattered rain probable. The weather continues warm and showery. Yesterday 41 points of rain fell in Nelson, bringing the total for the month to date of 2.49 inches. Brief spells of hot sunshine were recorded yesterday, amounting to 2 hours 10 minutes, while the temperature rose to 70.1 degrees. During the night the temperature did not fall below 52.4 degrees. To-day the weather was alternately overcast and threatening, and hot and sunny. The barometer was still high. A breeze blew from the north-east.
