TWO GIRLS MISSING
LEFT WORK YESTERDAY MORNING SEEN GOING TOWARDS TAHUNA Inquiries are being made for two girls who are missing from their homes in Nelson. They are: Betty Dunlop, of Washington Valley, aged 14 years 7 months; and Dome Sheary, of Waimea Road, aged 15 years 1 month. Both girls left their homes yesterday morning to go to their work at Kirkpatrick’s factory. After working for an hour they obtained leave stating that they were going to visit a dentist, and failed to return. Both girls had bathing costumes in their possession. They were seen going in the direction of Tahuna after 9 o’clock yesterday morning.
