VI-MAX CHRISTMAS PUDDING MISS LARCOMBE’S RECIPE 3ozs VI-MAX 1 teaspoon spice 3ozs flour 1 desspn. treacle 2ozs breadcrumbs 2ozs almonds 6ozs suet lozpeel 4ozs currants i-teaspoon salt 4ozs sultanas 1 level tspn. soda 4ozs seeded raisins 4 tablespns. milk 4ozs brown sugar 2 eggs nutmeg METHOD: Prepare fruit and nix with all dry ingredients. Mix with beaten eggs in which the treacle has been dissolved. Add soda dissolved in milk and put into a greased basin. Cover and steam at least 4 hours.
