More and more clashes are occurring with the workers, who are declaring their intention of supporting a general strike now. including railways. buses, post offices, banks, shops, hotels. restaurants factories and newspapers. The Federation of Labour issued instructions providing for the main-
tenance of health services and food supplies, chemist shops, gas and electricity.
