Gilmour, S.M., that | complete agreement had been reached jin conciliation council, except for the | matter of exemptions of me stock and i station agents’, the public accountant*' j and the agricultural and pastoral asso--1 ciations’ clerical workers. 6ince then the parties had agreed that the stocK 1 and station agents' and the public accountants' employees should be exempt j from the clerical worker*' award, and j the only outstanding question was the ' exemption of A. and P. associations, j Mr Bishop presented argument and ! evidence in support of the Claim of I the A. and P. associations for total cx- , emption, and it was agreed by the parI ties, on the suggestion of the Magistrate, I that a clause should be inserted in the | award exempting the associations from the overtime provision* of the award j during show periods in exchange for i extra holidays for the employees.
