The Finnish training ship Suomenjoutsen, with 27 of a crew and 60 cadets, dispatched an S.O.S. that she was adrift in the Bay of Biscay. A French warship is speeding to the scene. VESSEL NOW SAFE (Received 25th November, 11.45 a.m.) BORDEAUX, 24th November The training ship Suomenjoutsen radioed that all was well and she was j proceeding under her own power.
