DUTCH-GERMAN FRONTIER REFUGEES TURNED BACK •U.P.A.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyriehtl (Received 25th November. 12.10 p.m.» LONDON. 24th November. The Hague correspondent of “The Times” says dreadful scenes are reported at Zcvenaar, on the Dutch-German frontier, where gendarmes turned back many refugees, including fugitives from concentration camps. Several attempted to commit suicide.
